Our business hours are Monday through Saturday 9:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. For your convenience, we are open evenings by appointment. Whether you're looking for the whimsical prom tuxedo, cruise wear or, gearing up for the millennium bash, Dennis John Formals is guaranteed to meet the needs of the occasion. And of course, Dennis John Formals will dress your entire wedding party perfectly with a range of styles from traditional black-tie and tails to khakis and blazers for an intimate garden wedding.

 How To Order As more couples come to the Cape and Islands for their weddings, Dennis John Formals recognizes the need to make formal wear rental convenient. Simply fill out our handy printable contact form and reserve your tuxedo attire through Email or postal mail. Each member of your party can send in their measurements individually. All requests will be confirmed in writing or Email to you, allowing you to rest comfortably knowing the orders have been placed in a timely fashion.

Payment Policies A $20.00 Deposit required due at time of fitting when ordering your tuxedo in person. When your measurement are received by postal mail, fax, and Email or phoned in. No security deposit is required. Full payment is expected upon pick-up. We accept CASH or CHECKS only. Sorry... No credit cards are accepted. 

Cancellation Policy Customer accepts full responsibility for notifying Dennis John Formals in the event of cancellation. In the event that a cancellation is necessary, there will be a $20.00 fee charged.

Return Policy All clothing must be returned in bag by 5:00 p.m. on the next business day. A $10.00 per day late fee will apply for each day the tuxedo is late.

Additional Information Our business hours are Monday through Saturday, 9:30 to 5:30 p.m. We are available by appointment only after hours for your convince. We offer a special package for 6 or more in your wedding party... Call for more details.
